- Added: ten vendors we already used. OpenAI runs the model inference for the classifier, and OVH runs our own mail servers. Hetzner hosts the mails.ai website, our own analytics server and our own error tracker. Sentry receives error reports from the dashboard, and PostHog runs product analytics. Gleap runs support chat, product updates and the help centre. Google Workspace holds our support mailbox, and Better Stack runs the status page. jsDelivr serves the diagram library on blog posts, and YouTube plays our videos in privacy-enhanced mode, only once you press play.
- Removed: Amazon Web Services and Anthropic. We no longer use either.
- Corrected. Cloudflare sends and receives your mail, so it handles the full content. Vercel hosts the dashboard and the API, not the mails.ai website. The website's analytics ask first only in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland. Everywhere else they are on until you switch them off, and a Global Privacy Control signal switches them off everywhere. The list used to say they never load without consent.
Each vendor's purpose, the data it handles and the date it was added are at https://mails.ai/sub-processors. For a DPA, email support@mails.ai.
