OpenAI scans each received text for prompt injection, as it scans received mail. It gets the text's words, and the sender's number only when intent extraction is on. Neon stores received texts with the carrier's delivery record, and Vercel runs the API that receives each one. No vendor was added or removed.
Telnyx, where the numbers live, is your vendor, not ours. The terms now also promise, for mail and texts alike, that we never use your content to train models.
Each vendor's purpose, the data it handles and the date it was added are at https://mails.ai/sub-processors. For a DPA, email support@mails.ai.
