Mails.ai is in closed beta — we are building email infrastructure for AI agents and are not yet open to the public. Whether you are a developer interested in early access, a potential partner exploring integration, or a security researcher with a disclosure, this page explains how to reach us and what to expect when you do.
Every email to our support address is triaged by an AI agent and followed up by a human when needed. We read everything and aim to reply to most enquiries within one business day.
General enquiries
Closed-beta access requests, partnership conversations, API questions, or anything else — this is the right address. If you are building an AI agent that needs to send and receive email, tell us about your use case and we will prioritize your access request. We also welcome feedback on the docs, SDK, and MCP server from developers already in the beta.

If you have found a vulnerability in any Mails.ai service, API endpoint, or MCP server, please report it to the address below. We follow a responsible-disclosure process: acknowledge within one business day, triage within five, and coordinate on public disclosure timing.
